What managers ask first

The usual concerns, answered up front

Six things that decide whether a charging project goes smoothly.

Electrical capacity

We check your service and panel before anything is specified. Load management can share available power across chargers where capacity is tight.

Permits and code

Licensed electrical contractors from our network pull the permits and install to code, so your team isn’t coordinating trades.

Billing and access

Offer charging free as a tenant or visitor perk, or set rates and bill drivers. Access can be arranged to suit each property.

Accessible parking

Accessible spaces and routes are planned into the layout from the start, so charging doesn’t create a compliance problem later.

Day-to-day operation

Chargers are networked and managed on the JuiceNet platform. You can track usage and performance, and support continues after install.

Cost certainty

You get an itemized quote after a site assessment, and we help identify utility and state rebates that may offset the cost.

How it works

From first walkthrough to working chargers

1 Assess & plan

We evaluate each site’s electrical service, parking layout and tenant demand, then give you a clear, itemized plan.

2 Permit & install

Licensed electrical contractors from our network pull permits and complete a safe, code-compliant installation.

3 Activate & manage

We commission the chargers, bring them online and support you after install, with usage tracking and pricing controls on the JuiceNet platform.

One property or fifty

Start with a single building, settle on hardware, pricing and access rules, then extend the same approach across your portfolio.

Questions

Commercial property EV charging — FAQ

How many chargers does a commercial property need?
It depends on tenant and visitor demand, your parking and the electrical capacity available. We size it during the site assessment and can plan the electrical work so you can add ports later if demand grows.
Who pays for the chargers and installation?
That depends on the property and the arrangement you choose. We give you an itemized quote after the assessment and help you identify rebates and incentives that may offset the cost.
Can we charge tenants and visitors for charging?
Yes. Networked chargers let you set rates and bill drivers, or offer charging free as a perk. You choose, and you can adjust it as usage develops.
Which chargers do you install?
Commercial Level 2 stations from ChargePoint, Blink and Tesla, and we can plan DC fast charging for sites that need it.
Are there incentives for commercial properties?
The federal 30C credit ended for equipment placed in service after June 30, 2026. Many utilities and states still offer charger or make-ready rebates, and we’ll help you identify programs for your property. The U.S. Department of Energy incentives database is a good place to start.
What happens when a charger has a problem?
Networked chargers are monitored through the JuiceNet platform, and our team provides ongoing support after installation, so you have one point of contact instead of a different vendor for every site.
