JUICENET TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JuiceNet website(s), mobile application(s), and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by JuiceNet, LLC. (“JuiceNet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to users within the United States.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Host” means a user who lists an electric vehicle charging station, electrical outlet, or related charging access. “Guest” means a user who reserves and uses a Host’s Station. “Station” or “Listing” means any electric vehicle charging station, electrical outlet, or related equipment offered by a Host. “Booking” means a confirmed reservation between a Host and Guest. “User” means any person who accesses or registers for the Services. “JuiceNet Content” means content provided by JuiceNet. “User Content” means content submitted by Users. “Collective Content” means JuiceNet Content and User Content.
2. PLATFORM ONLY; GENERAL CONDITIONS
JuiceNet provides a technology marketplace platform only. JuiceNet does not own, operate, install, inspect, maintain, manage, or control any Station, premises, electrical infrastructure, or electricity supply. JuiceNet does not act as an electrical contractor, utility provider, property manager, insurer, or guarantor of legal compliance.
JuiceNet is not a party to any agreement between Hosts and Guests. Hosts and Guests contract directly with one another. JuiceNet disclaims all liability arising from Listings, Bookings, Station use, or User conduct.
Where enabled, JuiceNet acts solely as a limited payment collection agent for Hosts to facilitate payments from Guests.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Services are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
4. ACCOUNTS
To create a Listing or request a Booking, you must register a JuiceNet account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You may not maintain more than one account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
JuiceNet does not conduct background, criminal, or credit checks. Users are responsible for evaluating risk.
5. LISTINGS
Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of Listings and represent that they own or have legal authority to offer Station access and that Listings comply with all applicable laws and restrictions.
JuiceNet may remove or disable Listings at any time for safety, compliance, or business reasons.
6. BOOKINGS, FEES, AND PAYMENTS
Guests authorize JuiceNet and its payment processors to charge all applicable Station Fees, Service Fees, idle fees, and documented damage claims. Electricity cost estimates are approximations only and not guaranteed.
Service Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IN-APP PURCHASES – UNITED STATES)
Certain features may be offered through in-app subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable app store prior to the end of the billing period. JuiceNet cannot cancel subscriptions on a user’s behalf.
8. ACCESS RULES AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Guests may access Stations only during confirmed Booking times. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful activity, misuse of electrical equipment, bypassing JuiceNet fees, harassment, fraud, scraping, automation, or reverse engineering.
9. HOST COMPLIANCE; LICENSES; PERMITS; BUSINESS ACTIVITY; TAXES
By listing a Station and collecting any revenue, Hosts may be considered to be engaging in business activity under applicable federal, state, county, or local laws. JuiceNet does not provide any blanket license, exemption license, permit, registration, or legal authorization. Each Host is solely responsible for determining and complying with all licensing, permitting, HOA, zoning, utility, tax, and legal requirements. JuiceNet disclaims all liability arising from Host noncompliance.
10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Charging electric vehicles and entering private property involves inherent risks. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS arising from Station use and User interactions.
11. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR VEHICLES
Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence and authorize charges for documented damage claims.
12. NO ENDORSEMENT
JuiceNet does not endorse any User or Station.
13. NO INSURANCE PROVIDED
JuiceNet does not provide insurance of any kind, including liability, property, vehicle, or electrical equipment coverage. Hosts and Guests are solely responsible for obtaining any insurance they deem necessary.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
JuiceNet shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including power outages, utility failures, natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or internet failures.
15. DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. JUICENET DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO HOST LICENSING, PERMITS, TAXES, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, OR STATION CONDITION.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuiceNet’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or amounts paid to JuiceNet in the preceding twelve (12) months.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JuiceNet from claims arising from your use of the Services, Listings, Bookings, Station use, or failure to comply with applicable laws.
18. USER CONTENT
You grant JuiceNet a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use User Content.
19. DMCA / COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
JuiceNet complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and may terminate repeat infringers. Notices should be sent to info@juicenet.ai.
20. ENVIRONMENTAL ATTRIBUTES (OPTIONAL)
Hosts acknowledge that environmental attributes associated with charging activity may be assigned to JuiceNet unless the Host opts out in writing within thirty (30) days of Listing creation.
21. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
JuiceNet is not responsible for third-party services, content, or websites.
22. PRIVACY POLICY
Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy: https://juicenet.ai/privacy-policy
23. TERMINATION
JuiceNet may suspend or terminate accounts at any time. Users may close accounts by contacting info@juicenet.ai.
24. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except for small claims matters.
25. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which JuiceNet, LLC. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
26. SEVERABILITY AND SURVIVAL
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Sections relating to liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law survive termination.
27. CHANGES TO TERMS
JuiceNet may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
