The case for charging

Why businesses are investing

Increase asset value

EV infrastructure makes your property more attractive to buyers, lenders, and tenants — and positions you as a forward-thinking operator.

Attract customers and tenants

Charging brings EV drivers to your property and keeps them there longer.

Prepare for growing EV demand

Tenant and employee requests are only going one direction.

Add a valuable property amenity

Charging sits alongside the amenities tenants compare you on.

Build infrastructure for the future

Electrical work done once, sized so added ports stay simple.

CASE STUDY

LINC Housing — North Harbor, Anaheim

One property. Two charging experiences.
Challenge
An affordable multifamily community in Anaheim needed to serve both residents and the public — without treating every charging space the same.
Solution
JuiceNet supplied the ChargePoint equipment, coordinated installation with Voltaic, and handled commissioning: CP6000 stations for public use and a dual-port CPF50 for residents.
Result
Networked, purpose-built charging on a scalable foundation — public via CP6000, resident via CPF50 — commissioned fall 2025.

Why businesses choose JuiceNet

One partner, one point of contact

From site visit to activation, you deal with one team — we coordinate electricians, utilities, permits, and vendors so you don’t.

Multi-brand, not locked in

We install ChargePoint, Tesla, and Blink — hardware chosen to fit your property and budget, not our catalog.

Boots on the ground

Local crews who show up on site and handle problems in person — not a call center.

Real commercial expertise

We size and phase for actual use — dwell time, parking, and electrical capacity — so you don’t overbuild or run short.

Support that stays

After activation we monitor, report, and service the stations, so they keep working and your team doesn’t have to.

Nationwide coverage

We plan, install, and support commercial charging across the country — one partner for a single site or a multi-state portfolio.
