Your questions, answered
Where can I use JuiceNet?
JuiceNet is available nationwide, and our network of hosts is growing all the time. The best way to see what’s available near you is to open the app. If there aren’t any hosts in your area yet, you can join the waitlist and we’ll keep you posted as we grow.
Do I need my own charger?
No. JuiceNet lets you charge at Level 2 chargers that hosts — everyday people and local businesses — make available. You just need an EV and the app.
How much does it cost?
Hosts set their own prices, so the cost varies from one charger to the next. You always see the exact price in the app before you book, with no membership and no hidden fees. It can often be more affordable than public charging, but because hosts set their own pricing we don’t guarantee a specific rate.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely in the app. Add a payment method once, and you’re charged automatically for each session — nothing to swipe at the charger.
Is it safe to charge at a host’s location?
Hosts are verified, and you can see ratings and reviews from other drivers before you book, so you know what to expect.
What kind of chargers are these?
They’re Level 2 (240V) chargers using the standard J1772 connector, which works with most EVs sold in North America. You can see each charger’s details in the app.
